Monthly PR Favorites: april 2023
We can’t believe it’s already May! Looking forward to those warm summer beach days. Read through the GSPR Teams’ favorites from April!
Sara’s Favorites:
Some of the fabulous women of GSPR and I launched this podcast! We have four episodes out and are really excited to share and spread the word. Give it a listen and tell us what you think!
The Watermelon Salt flavor is my favorite! I got *influenced* to buy these, but I’m so glad I did. I drink them after my long runs or on the days I’m just not feeling plain water because they are truly so good and make me drink my water like 5x faster! Lol
Lululemon Everyday Backpack 2.0 23L
There is something so satisfying about having all my day to day work belongings in one VERY organized place. This backpack makes it easier to pack and find essentials I use regularly. I like the look of big tote bags more than a backpack – but I don’t love that they become a black hole where you can’t find anything – so I’ve opted for this backpack.
Daniella’s Favorites:
My friends and I started watching this show as part of our weekly girls night. It’s a thriller/mystery and super weird but you get hooked after the first episode.
Starbucks Iced Passion Tango Tea
My friend introduced me to this Starbucks order and it will be my go-to summer drink!! Order for a tall size: Iced Passion Tango Tea, Splash of Coconut Milk, Strawberry Acai Refresher Base, and 1 Pump Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup. Not only is the color of this drink pretty but the taste is 10/10. It’s sweet and tangy and perfect for those hot summer days.
Sara actually convinced me to purchase this t-shirt and so I did haha. It’s super flattering on and really snatches your waist. Soft, stretchy, and pairs perfectly with her Fits Everybody T-Shirt Bra.
LANEIGE Chocolate Lip Sleeping Mask
I purchased this limited edition Berries n’ Choco set for my mom as a Valentine’s Day gift and she let me keep the chocolate scent. I am obsessed, this is my first time trying LANEIGE and I now understand the hype. I apply this every night before bed and it leaves my lips super smooth come morning.
Kristina’s Favorites:
Based on Cheryl Strayed’s book; it's full of good life lessons.
House-made Products — Fermentation Farm
The organic zingy coconut yogurt is seriously addictive. I can’t get enough of it. You can also make it at home if you don’t live near them but you will have to figure out how to get the starter.
Brochu Walker - Everyday Shirt In Salt White
This shirt is just perfect in every way. It is crisp and tailored. I have it in white and light blue.
Glow Sunscreen - Sunforgettable® Face Shield SPF 50 | Colorescience
My friend turned me on to this sunscreen and it gives you the most amazing glow; you don’t even have to wear makeup over it!! I have been wearing it everyday.
Lis’ Favorites:
Marvelous Mrs. Maisel - Final Season
Funny, heartwarming, and a little heartbreaking that it's almost over!
Pulling the Thread with Elise Loehnen
Inspiring podcast talking about people and issues now.
The best and softest sports bra ever! I'm busty, and it holds me in without being uncomfortable.
Zero carb pasta and rice. I love all of their varieties. And they're guilt-free!
Hannah’s Favorites:
I was far more invested in this show than I thought I would be. You fall in love with the characters and the story is so intense! I definitely wouldn’t have guessed it was based on a video game—10/10 for me.
Katella Bakery/Deli/Restaurant
Growing up, “Katella Deli” was a staple in my family. The absolute best chicken noodle soup for when you’re not feeling the best. The new renovations and interior design make this a new hotspot in OC! Even better, the food is still as homey and nostalgic as before.
I’m obsessed. So comfy and easy to throw on! Some may say they are ugly (and I’d slightly agree), but they are the perfect, “no-thoughts” kind of shoe.
The Sephora sale truly made me feral. This product has been on my wish list for a while now, and I hate to say that I love it. The price is borderline ridiculous, but my color damaged, broken hair drinks this up and I honestly saw improvements after the first use (#notsponcon).
